Hanky Panky, the acclaimed Mexico City cocktail bar recognized among the World’s 50 Best Bars, takes over Allē Lounge on 66 at Conrad Las Vegas inside Resorts World this Friday, September 18, and Saturday, September 19, from 7pm to midnight both nights. Mixologist Javier Adrian Lopez Cruz is bringing an exclusive menu of handcrafted specialty cocktails built specifically for the takeover, giving guests a rare chance to experience the bar’s signature style, classic cocktail technique paired with refined service and understated sophistication, without leaving the Strip.
The residency is part of Savor Society, Resorts World’s year-round culinary and cocktail collective launched in May 2026 to bring some of the world’s most respected chefs, bartenders, and hospitality names to the resort on a recurring basis. “We’re not chasing singular moments; we’re building a framework that consistently brings leading chefs and bartenders into the resort and gives guests a reason to keep coming back,” said Josef Wagner, senior vice president of operations at Resorts World Las Vegas. Hanky Panky is the series’ first Mixology Takeover; New York’s Double Chicken Please, also ranked among the World’s 50 Best Bars, follows with its own multi-night residency November 19 through 21, timed to the heightened momentum of Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend.
