Amici New York Pizzeria Opens at Resorts World: Hours and Menu

Oversized 22-inch New York pies. Detroit-style squares topped with cheeseburger fixings or buffalo chicken. Dough fermented for 48 hours before it ever sees an oven. After five years, Resorts World Las Vegas swapped out its longtime pizza spot for one built entirely in-house, and it’s already serving slices well past midnight on weekends.

Resorts World Builds Its Own Pizzeria

Amici New York Pizzeria is now open at Resorts World Las Vegas, taking over the space in The District near the Plaza Entrance. Unlike its predecessor, an established outside brand, Amici was created and is operated directly by Resorts World, part of what the resort has described as a push to bring more dining concepts in-house. Leading the kitchen is Executive Chef Ricky McCormick, who also heads the team at the resort’s Michelin-starred Stubborn Seed.

What’s on the Menu

The dough is the foundation of everything at Amici, made in-house and fermented for 48 hours to build flavor and texture. From there, the menu splits into two styles. The New York-style lineup runs 22-inch pies, including a classic Pepperoni, along with specialty builds like Hot Honey Meat Lovers and Burrata & Prosciutto di Parma. The Detroit-style side turns comfort food into a crispy-edged square pie, with a Cheeseburger Pizza loaded with ground beef, bacon, cheddar, caramelized onion, pickles and tomato, and a Buffalo Chicken Pizza that rotates seasonally for new combinations. Garlic Knots, Caesar Salad, Cannoli, and New York Cheesecake round out the rest of the menu, alongside draft and bottled beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and the Amalfi Lemon Sgroppino.
