Five-cheese pizza rolls with whipped ranch. Lobster and caviar rolls. A Wagyu French dip built on a ribeye roasted for 72 hours. Martinis poured for the whole table. The Corner Store, the SoHo restaurant that became one of the most coveted reservations in the country, opens at the Cosmopolitan on November 9, and tables are bookable now.
Reservations Are Open for November 9
The Corner Store is the first expansion of the New York restaurant and its West Coast debut. It opens on the third floor of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and it extends the partnership between MGM Resorts and Catch Hospitality Group, which began with CATCH at ARIA in 2018. The restaurant is open seven nights a week: Sunday through Thursday from 5pm to 10pm, and Friday and Saturday from 5pm until late. Book online at the Cosmopolitan reservations page or call (702) 675-9828.
What’s on the Menu
The kitchen is led by Chef Michael Vignola, who runs the New York original, with Las Vegas Executive Chef Daniel Bernardo. The menu takes classic American comfort food and gives it an upgrade, built around the same dishes that made the SoHo location famous.
| Dish | What It Is |
|---|---|
| Lobster & Caviar Rolls | Served with a tarragon-celery remoulade. |
| Five Cheese Pizza Rolls | Served with whipped ranch for dipping. |
| The Corner Store Caesar | Topped with everything bagel croutons and cream cheese croquettes. |
| The Wagyu French Dip | Built on Westholme Australian ribeye slow-roasted for 72 hours. |
| The Butcher’s Counter | Hand-cut steaks exclusive to Las Vegas, anchored by a Rosewood Ranch Wagyu Tomahawk and a Wagyu Porterhouse. |
Seasonal crudos, market salads, and larger shared plates round out the menu for groups.
Martinis Come First
The martini sits at the center of the drink menu. New York favorites make the trip, including the Tomato Martini and the Sour Cream & Onion Martini, alongside a Vegas-only version of Oli’s Dirty Martini served with three mascarpone caviar olives. The signature Martini Service is a large-format pour meant for two to three guests. The cocktail program is led by Catch Hospitality Group Beverage Director Lucas Robinson with the Cosmopolitan’s Head of Mixology, Gedeon Tsegaye, and the wine list is curated by Catch Wine Director Emily Buse and MGM Resorts Master Sommelier Douglas Kim.
A Hidden Corner Store on the Third Floor
Rockwell Group, which designed the SoHo original, built the Las Vegas space as a sequence of connected rooms:
- The entrance: a storefront with wood-framed doors, tinted fluted glass, amber drapery, and stained-glass artwork, styled like a hidden New York corner store.
- The main bar: a classic bar with burl wood, antique mirrors, and warm vintage lighting.
- The Martini Room: a room built around a green onyx bar.
- The main dining room: inspired by vintage train cars, with tailored banquettes, herringbone wood floors, arched details, and New York City photography.
- The private dining room: seats up to 24, with golden plaster and polished burl wood, and a partition that splits it into two smaller rooms.
