The Brand’s Biggest Bet Landed in the Right City

Museum of Ice Cream opened its doors at AREA15’s Zone 2 on July 3, 2026, marking the largest location the brand has ever built. The experiential company, which started as a pop-up in New York City in July 2016, chose Las Vegas to go bigger than it ever had before. “Half a decade in the making. That’s what Museum of Ice Cream Las Vegas represents,” said Manish Vora, co-founder and CEO. “We didn’t come to Las Vegas to do what we’ve done before. We came to build the wildest, most immersive, most interactive experience we have ever created.”

The bet paid off immediately. The Las Vegas opening delivered the brand’s most successful launch to date, with presale tickets surpassing the brand’s Miami opening by more than three times. More than 20 sessions sold out during opening weekend alone, and VIP attendance ran at more than twice the level typically seen during previous Museum of Ice Cream launches anywhere in the world.

What You Walk Through Inside

The 30,000-square-foot space is designed as a tribute to classic Las Vegas, spanning 14 one-of-a-kind installations inspired by the energy, glamour, and playful spirit of the city. Every visit begins the same way: guests check into what the museum calls Vegas’s most luxurious ice cream hotel, an entry sequence built around three distinct “sweets.” The S’mores Suite lets guests jump on a giant marshmallow bed. The Strawberry Suite is designed for conversation and photos. The Sprinkled Sweet can be bought out entirely for private events.

From there, the adventure is self-directed. The Little Pink Chapel hosts real weddings and vow renewals inside a cake-themed setting, giving Las Vegas one more genuinely unique wedding venue to add to its long list. A hidden speakeasy inside the museum runs what is billed as the world’s first ice cream-tasting magic show. Guests can rent costumes at Ribbon’s and play games throughout the space. The centerpiece of the entire experience is the Sprinkle Pool, the largest one the brand has ever built, filled with thousands of oversized sprinkles and fed by a pair of two-story slides, including the longest double helix slide in Las Vegas, that drop guests directly into the pool.

Tying the entire visit together is the world’s largest all-you-can-eat ice cream buffet, included with every ticket. Director of activation and partnership Mackenzie Rollison described the offering simply: an all-you-can-eat buffet of ice cream, spread across 14 different experiences built into a single ticket.

Museum of Ice Cream Las Vegas is open daily from 10am to 10pm, closed Tuesdays. General admission tickets start at $42 at museumoficecream.com/las-vegas. Several ticket tiers are available: the signature General Admission experience with a reserved date and entry time, a more flexible tier with added perks, and a top-tier option offering full flexibility plus exclusive take-home merchandise. Family pricing is available for qualifying groups of 4 to 8 guests when booked in advance, though it is not available for same-day purchases or Saturdays and blackout dates may apply.

Entry windows run 30 minutes, and guests can arrive up to 15 minutes before their scheduled time with a 15-minute grace period built in after the reservation window as well. General access to AREA15 itself is free; individual experiences inside the district, including Museum of Ice Cream, are unlocked through separate passes and tickets.
