The Cromwell is gone. In its place, Lisa Vanderpump’s first hotel opens May 29, 2026 — 188 rooms of industrial romantic design, a brand new lounge, a redesigned rooftop pool, and a center-Strip address at Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road. Reservations are open now. Here is everything you need to know before you book.
This Is What Happens When Lisa Vanderpump Designs a Hotel
The Cromwell had one of the best corner lots on the Strip — the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road, directly across from Caesars Palace, steps from the Bellagio, and within walking distance of virtually everything. What it lacked was a strong identity. That problem has been solved entirely. The Vanderpump Hotel opens May 29, 2026, the result of a complete top-to-bottom redesign by Lisa Vanderpump and her longtime design and business partner Nick Alain. Every guest room, the reception area, the gaming floor, the public spaces, and the lounge have all been rebuilt around a single aesthetic vision that is unmistakably theirs.
“Taking the next step from restaurateur to hotelier and partnering once again with Caesars Entertainment on another extraordinary project has been such an exciting chapter for me,” Vanderpump said. “Our vision was to create a room that feels like a true retreat, a calming escape just steps from the energy and excitement of the casino floor.”
Sean McBurney, Chief Commercial Officer and Regional President at Caesars Entertainment, described Vanderpump’s involvement as unlike anything he had seen in two decades in the hospitality industry. “She recognizes the first hotel project for her is setting her on an entirely different trajectory. So she has taken a level of ownership that I’ve never seen.”
Every Fixture Custom. Every Detail Personal.
The aesthetic that Vanderpump and Alain have applied throughout the property is what they call “industrial romantic” — a phrase that could easily become marketing language but here refers to a specific and consistent design language. Rich textures and warm materials alongside cool metallics, deliberate lighting, and layered fabrics that prioritize how guests feel in the space over how the space photographs. The 188 guest rooms and 21 signature suites feature moss-green walls with dusty lilac accents, velvet headboards, jewel-toned cabinetry, and mirrored surfaces that bounce soft light to make the rooms feel larger and warmer simultaneously. Mixed metals run throughout — warm gold accents against cool silver detailing — adding depth without noise.
Lighting was a specific priority for Vanderpump during the design process. She has spoken extensively about how lighting shapes the experience of a space and her intention that every guest feel genuinely good in every room. Every fixture in the hotel is custom, designed and produced by Vanderpump Alain, the furniture and lighting line she runs with Nick Alain. The hotel functions as a full showroom for that line, meaning no two properties will ever look quite like this one. Hidden details and moments of Vanderpump’s signature humor are woven throughout the public spaces — intentionally discoverable rather than announced.
New Lounge, New Rooms, Same Great Address
The full guest room redesign, the new lounge, and the Soleia rooftop pool are all debuting with the May 29 opening. The lounge is an entirely new addition to the property — a social space built around craft cocktails and the kind of intimate, designed environment that Vanderpump has refined across her Las Vegas venues. The rooftop pool was not open during the renovation period and returns for the opening.
Several existing tenants remain in place and continue operating. GIADA, chef Giada De Laurentiis’s Italian restaurant, stays at the property. Drai’s After Hours continues its run as one of the Strip’s most respected late-night clubs. Starbucks remains accessible to hotel guests and visitors. The casino floor continues operating throughout. None of these are going away — they simply now exist inside a Vanderpump-designed building.
The Full Vanderpump Vegas Footprint
The Vanderpump Hotel is the centerpiece of an expanding network of Vanderpump venues across the Strip that now makes it possible to spend an entire Vegas trip inside one brand’s ecosystem without repeating yourself. Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace opened in 2019 and sits directly across the street. Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas is steps away. Pinky’s by Vanderpump at the Flamingo, which opened in December 2024, is practically next door — a nearly 7,000-square-foot Art Deco-meets-glamour cocktail lounge and restaurant with a covered terrace overlooking the Strip. Caesars launched a Vanderpump Passport Program connecting all four properties, with stamps collectible across venues for grand opening prize entries.
