A SoCal Favorite Finally Crosses State Lines
Finney’s Crafthouse opens its doors Monday, September 21, at 11am, at 10955 Oval Park Drive in Downtown Summerlin’s Dining Arroyo, steps from the Las Vegas Ballpark. It is the first location the Southern California-born brand has opened outside its home state since founding in 2016, and it takes over the former Wolfgang Puck Player’s Locker space, which closed in July 2023. A second Las Vegas Valley location is already planned for Town Square later this year.
The restaurant is owned and operated by twin brothers Greg and Brad Finefrock, whose family-run brand takes its name from a longtime nickname, the “Finney Brothers,” a play on their last name. Since opening their first tavern in 2016, the Finefrocks have grown the concept to 16 locations across Central and Southern California, building a reputation for made-from-scratch cooking, neighborhood hospitality, and a sports-forward atmosphere. “Las Vegas has one of the most passionate sports cities with some of the best fans in the country, and we can’t wait to be part of it,” Greg Finefrock said in a statement announcing the opening.

The 245-seat space is designed around sports viewing, with 20 HDTVs spread across the dining room, bar, and patio, positioning Finney’s as a new gathering spot for the upcoming hockey and football seasons. The restaurant is also kid-friendly and dog-friendly on the patio, and known back home in California for an extensive happy hour menu. The brand describes its style as speakeasy-inspired, blending a casual neighborhood tavern feel with a more elevated bar and kitchen behind it.
Opening Day Details
The first 200 guests who dine in on opening day, September 21, will receive a complimentary Finney’s hat to commemorate the Las Vegas debut. Doors open at 11am. Finney’s Crafthouse is located at 10955 Oval Park Drive in Downtown Summerlin’s Dining Arroyo.
