Full blood panels. DEXA scans. VO2 max testing. Hyperbaric oxygen chambers. Soundwave therapy pods for napping. AI-driven massage. A personal AI agent that books your sessions by voice command. One membership tier, no confusing pricing structure. Everhaus is opening in Spring Valley this fall as the first private health and lifestyle club Las Vegas has ever had, and it is unlike anything currently operating in the valley.
A Nightlife Executive Turned Wellness Founder Built This From the Ground Up
Everhaus is a 22,000-square-foot private health club opening this fall at 276 S Buffalo Drive in Spring Valley, near the 215 Beltway and Blue Diamond Road in southwest Las Vegas. It was founded by Justin Hibbert, a Las Vegas native, endurance athlete, and former nightlife executive who has spent his career studying how people actually build lasting habits. His answer with Everhaus is structure over spectacle. “Vitality is built through small daily acts practiced over time,” Hibbert said. “Everhaus exists to support that commitment.”
The concept is built around eight foundational elements the club describes as the framework for its member experience: assessment, movement, light, oxygen, infusion, contrast, touch, and society. Rather than scattering blood work, recovery therapy, strength training, and social connection across a dozen different providers around the valley, as most Las Vegas residents currently do, Everhaus consolidates all of it into a single membership and a single physical space.
What Is Actually Inside
The clinical backbone of Everhaus is Aerwell, the club’s in-house medical division. Members receive comprehensive diagnostics including full blood panels, genetic testing, DEXA scans for bone density and muscle mass, and VO2 max testing, with quarterly evaluations used to adjust each member’s individual health protocol. Physician-supervised hormone and peptide therapies are also part of the clinical offering, guided by physicians and dedicated Guides assigned to each member.
The recovery and therapeutic side of the facility is extensive. Confirmed amenities include hyperbaric oxygen chambers, cellular red light therapy suites, soundwave therapy pods designed specifically for napping and deep relaxation, AI-driven massage, and full thermal contrast therapy suites combining heat and cold exposure. Pools, saunas, and a steam room round out the recovery footprint. On the fitness side, Everhaus moves away from the boutique class model most Las Vegas gyms use and instead emphasizes semi-private strength and conditioning sessions with concierge-style coaching, station setup, and hands-on form oversight from Everhaus Guides.
Technology runs through the entire member experience. Everhaus has built a proprietary AI assistant trained on more than 200,000 longevity medicine white papers, designed to process each member’s biological data and generate personalized guidance. Members interact with their own AI agent that books sessions via voice command, stores health data over time, and adjusts recommendations as new diagnostic results come in. A member library lounge is positioned as a social space for members to gather before a workout or after a sauna session, reflecting the “society” element the club considers as foundational as any physical therapy on offer.
One Membership Tier, By Design
Everhaus is taking a deliberately different approach to membership than most premium wellness clubs. “We intentionally offer one membership tier at Everhaus,” Hibbert told Athletech News. “We take the guesswork out of complex membership structures and pricing confusion.” A single membership grants full access to the facility, including Aerwell diagnostics, guided strength sessions, and every recovery modality on site. Specific pricing has not yet been released and is expected to be announced closer to the fall launch. Limited memberships will be available at the flagship location.
Why Spring Valley and Why Now
The 276 S Buffalo Drive site sits in the Sovana, Enterprise, and Spring Valley corridor of southwest Las Vegas, an area that has quietly become a hub for new wellness and health development, with Aerwell’s clinical operations anchored in the same neighborhood. The location puts Everhaus within easy reach of the Arroyo retail area and the commercial plazas along Buffalo Drive and the 215 Beltway, positioning it for both the immediate Spring Valley community and southwest valley residents more broadly. The opening lands at a moment when Las Vegas wellness demand has been building rapidly across the valley, from Pause Studio’s robotic massage in the northwest to Raeya Wellness’s women-focused model in Boca Park to Canyon Ranch’s sprawling Strip footprint. Everhaus is positioning itself as the most clinically rigorous and technologically integrated entry into that landscape yet.
